What the programme does not cover.

  • Empanelment and pre-authorisation decisions — Jio's prerogative; we provide data and scores.
  • Authenticity checks on financial or bank credentials — HIS financial fields collected as declared.
  • Claims audit, medical-records audit or clinical-outcome assessment.
  • Fraud investigation or legal action beyond documented findings.
  • Statutory approvals or licences on the provider's behalf.
  • Repeat visits due to provider non-cooperation beyond agreed attempts (chargeable).

Facility access and permission to photograph are arranged with the provider, within Jio's counter-signed protocol.
